BIDDING: All Bids should be quoted in Dollars (USD) US denomination. Bids will be received for comparitive purposes and binding only after terms are discussed, agreed upon and payment received. The vendor reserves the right to reject all offers and is not limited to the highest bidder. Successful bidder will be contacted to discuss arrangements. Final cost to include bid offer, shipping and handling, and any necessary/requested insurance costs.
PAYMENT: We accept payment by cash, money order, or personal check. The use of a Credit Card (i.e. payment through PayPal] is not accepted. The costs are prohibitive.
ARTICLES: Items may be used or collectible and in pristine condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Consequently, we provide photo's and try to describe the items and their condition in order that you'll know just what you will be receiving. If you have any questions please include it in the comment box with your bid offer. We guarenty that the item (if your bid is accepted) you receive and its condition will be as described. It is our aim and goal to establish a good reputation that will not be jeopardized.
SHIPPING: Our objective is to keep shipping costs to a minimum benefitting you and us. It is our effort to reuse and recycle however possible; so don't be surprised when you receive your package and it's not a brand new box with our logo/name printed on it. Smaller articles will be sent in envelopes. The concept in practice benefits everyone and the environment. If we don't have to buy boxes then you don't have to pay higher shipping costs. By utilizing boxes from local businesses, they reduce their disposal fee practices and trash is reduced from going into landfill sites. Boxes used are clean and sturdy and will be packed to safeguard articles during shipping. Merchandise is shipped via Post Office or UPS. You will be responsible for shipping and handling and any insurance fees. This will be agreed upon, including desired insurance (if any), all as directed by you prior to payment which will be included in the final cost. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping; therefore, the need for insurance is at your discretion. If your package is insured and it arrives damaged (the likelyhood of this is very slight), please save all packing materialsand merchandise. The Post Office or UPS will not process claims without these. E-mail us with details in the event of a problem.
